At ANF Fitness, we believe fitness is more than a workout — it’s a lifestyle built on community, consistency, and growth. Through functional training, HYROX-style workouts, and personalized coaching, we help every member feel confident, capable, and energized for life.
Owner, Certified Hyrox, Stretch and Mobility and Nutrition Coach.
I’m a mom of four grown children, two dogs, three cats, and a growing crew of grand-kitties. Family is my foundation, and watching my kids grow into kind, empathetic adults is my proudest achievement. That same joy, helping others thrive, is what fuels me as a business owner, coach, and community leader.
My journey with ANF Fitness began from the beginning in March 2015. In January 2023, I took full ownership and began expanding our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our members. We’ve added HYROX classes, ski ergs, rowers, echo bikes, and new strength equipment. In spring 2026, we’ll launch new wellness and recovery services designed to support long-term vitality and performance.
I’m a Level 1 HYROX Coach, certified flexibility and mobility coach, and hold nutrition certifications from both eCornell and NASM. One of my career highlights was being selected as one of just 60 HYROX coaches worldwide to attend the first-ever HYROX Coaches Camp at Silverstone Formula One Race Track, where I had the unforgettable opportunity to pull an actual F1 car down the Red Bull Pit Lane.
I often tell my kids: I don’t want to just survive to 100, I want to thrive to 100. That belief is at the heart of everything I do. Life is short, and I’m here to help others live it fully, actively, and joyfully.
